A US appeals court found that smartphones, smart watches, tablets and other LTE-capable devices of Apple, HTC and ZTE did not infringe the INVT’s patents. The three-judge Federal Circuit panel reportedly ruled that the tech companies don’t breach INVT patents about wireless technology.
